Payments and Returns

All orders will be shipped within 30 days of receipt of order. Should there be any potential delay to this, such as high volume of work-load, you will be informed immediately and asked if you wish to progress with the order on a revised delivery time.

Full payment for corsetry, or a 25% deposit for all costuming, bridal and evening wear items must be received before work will commence. Payment can be made via Paypal or cheque - please contact us for further details.

Standard postage costs will never be more than 10% of the value of the order (15% if shipping overseas). You will be offered a range of postage options prior to dispatch in order for you to choose the most cost effective option for you.

For any returns, all items must be returned, unworn, within 2 weeks of receipt. We regret we are unable to refund postage costs.
